Our classes are designed to give you the freedom of movement within the flow of choreography.

dans|haus

(high intensity • cardio)

Nothing is broken down in this 50 minute, follow-along dans class. The intention is to break a sweat through movement – whether that be nailing each and every bit of choreography or finding your own groove to each song. leave the idea of perfection at the door + come enjoy great music in good company.

goal of class: work up a sweat by dansing and grooving to a great playlist.

BEGINNER dans|haus

(high intensity • cardio)

Have you been wanting to try dance fitness but lacking the confidence to do so? Now is your chance!

BEGINNER DANS|HAUS is an open-level, follow-along dance cardio class made for anyone new to the format!

Class starts moderately paced by breaking up our more advanced routines into two parts. By the end of class, you'll be able to apply your follow-along skills without breaking down the last few routines!

This session will last four weeks and make you a choreography pro at the end- confident to try any other follow-along class format. 

goal of class: work up a sweat by dansing and grooving to a great playlist and build confidence in picking up choreography!

choreography | with Jess

(dance training • choreography)

A more traditional dance format - this 50 minute class objective is to walk away having learned one piece of choreography.
The combination will be broken down into 8 counts, repeated and gradually built to a full piece focusing on musicality, rhythm and form. Styles will range from jazz, lyrical, contemporary and musical theatre.

Perfect for seasoned dancers or beginners looking to flex their choreographic building skills.

Participants are welcome to take class barefoot, in sneakers or dance shoes. 

d|hiit

(high intensity • strength • interval)

The only tools you need are your mat + body. Each song of class is dedicated to strengthening the core | arms, legs + glute muscles, and one cardio moment. Class ends with a final combination of moves that target each area + hit that cardio goal for a full body workout. Participants are encouraged to take class at their own pace and shown modifications throughout class.

w|30

(weight • cardio)

5 lb weights are our tool of choice in this 30 minute burn. class varies between intervals of strength work with weights and cardio combinations to both strengthen muscles + increase heart rate. class ends with a final combination of strength moves with weights. participants are encouraged to take class at their own pace and shown modifications throughout class.

kick|box

(high intensity •  cardio •  strength)

From the start of class we gradually build a cardio kickbox combination. Learn to punch + kick through follow-along combinations that build strength + stamina through classic kickbox techniques. No experience is necessary – and every routine is repeated for 4 weeks at a time to encourage every participant to find their confidence through practice.

power | yoga

(flow • strength • stretch)

An invigorating yoga class that seamlessly blends traditional yoga poses with dynamic body weight movements. This class is designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and mindfulness . Expect a harmonious flow that combines sun salutations, balancing poses, and core-strengthening exercises. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class offers a holistic approach to fitness, ensuring a balanced workout for body and mind. Come prepared to sweat, stretch, and find your inner zen!

yoga | restore

(low intensity • flow • restore)

Unwind and rejuvenate with this 50-minute candle lit calming and restorative yoga class. Designed to release tension and improve flexibility, this slow-paced session focuses on gentle stretches and mindful breathing to soothe both body and mind. Perfect for all levels. Bring your m a t and prepare to de-stress and unwind.

5x5 | body sculpt

(conditioning • strength • cycle)

Introducing 5x5 | Sculpt—a focused 4-week strength program using 5 lb dumbbells! Each week, we’ll target specific muscle groups to tone and strengthen your body.

Week 1 kicks off with arms and abs

Week 2 hones in on your lower body

Week 3 deepens the lower body challenge

Week 4 brings it all together for a full-body workout.

This class is designed with just five simple yet effective moves. You’ll cycle through the sequence five times, each round building your strength, endurance, and confidence. Perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re new to working out or looking to refine your strength with precision and power!
